The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® instrument is the most well-known of all the personality type indicators. It is based on decades of solid research to provide you with scientifically measurable validity and reliability.
There are some low cost assessments available online on some other web sites, but they are not the true Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® tool. I use only the legal version of the MBTI®, and am a Certified Practitioner in its use. Whether it is done as a group or individually, the MBTI® must be accompanied by an interpretation session with a qualified practitioner,
The cost for a full, detailed analysis with coaching (using the MBTI® Step II™ Form Q) is $150, which includes an hour-long personalized, interactive coaching session. and a 17 page written report. An optional workbook is available for an additional fee. The workbook provides you with additional resource materials, and is a place to record your insights and develop an action plan based on the interactive session. There are less expensive versions of the MBTI that generate far less detail, but the Form Q is my favorite because of its rich detail.
Myers-Briggs instruments can be administered in a group setting, although the interpretations will not be as personalized. Scheduling a dynamic training workshop for your group can be a very cost-effective way to help everyone understand and respect the different personality types represented on the team.
Please email or call to discuss which MBTI® instrument is best for you, and to get a link to the official online tool. After you have taken the online MBTI®, we will schedule a full hour interpretation session together to go over your results, confirm your type, and answer your questions.
